Application Process: Applications can be found on the available properties page. Just

find the property you’d like to rent and click “submit an application”. Any adult who will

occupy the property needs to fill out their own application. Once the application is

submitted you can expect to hear from our team with next steps shortly. 

PLEASE NOTE:move-in

- Information related to qualifications and move in requirements are listed in thefor,the 

rental ad. 

-Some Homeowner and Condo Associations may require their own application. In these cases, applicants must be approved by the association in order for the lease to be valid.



Move in Process: Once you are approved for a rental property you will receive an email

with a link to the online portal. This is where you will sign the lease agreement and

make deposit and rent payments. Once the lease is signed, you will receive another

email with instructions for move in. This includes information on utility transfers, the

resident benefits package info and how to get your keys.


Move out Process: The first step to move out is submitting your notice to vacate in the

online portal. This is how we are notified of your intent to move out as well as where you

can enter info on how you’d like to receive your security deposit refund. Simply log into

the portal and click on ‘contact us’, from there you will see the ‘submit notice to vacate’  

option. Shortly after we receive your notice, we will send an email with move out

instructions. These include cleaning expectations and where to leave your keys.


Security Deposits: deposits are not held in an interest bearing account and therefore 

will be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any  damages to the

property upon the termination of lease agreement. Tenants may not request  security

 deposits to be used as "last month's" rent. If if a last month's rent is paid 

and collected prior to move in there will be a specific addendum stating the amount and terms.  



Maintenance Requests: If you are in need of a repair, you must submit a work order

through the online portal. This ensures that our team is able to efficiently track and

respond to all requests and reduces the likelihood of miscommunications.
